MANILA, Philippines — Senator Mark Villar stood firmly in protection of the Philippine Structure on the Senate ground, explaining his vote in opposition to continuing with the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, following a landmark ruling by the Supreme Courtroom.
