MGMT have remixed The Charlatans‘ ‘We Are Love’. Hear it first on NME beneath.
The band are on account of launch their long-awaited 14th studio album ‘We Are Love’ on October 31 by way of BMG. It marks their first album in eight years, following on from 2017’s ‘Completely different Days’, and you’ll pre-order/pre-save it right here.

The upcoming album was produced by Dev Hynes (aka Blood Orange and Lightspeed Champion), Fred Macpherson (Spector, Rachel Chinouriri, Jessica Winter, Taahliah) and the legendary Stephen Avenue (The Smiths, Blur, The Cranberries).
Talking to NME again in July concerning the band’s return after eight years, Burgess mentioned: “All of us felt we needed to have the need to make one thing, to have one thing to say, to have the ability to have one thing worthwhile that all of us felt good about. All of us love all 11 tracks, which is a tremendous feat – for us all to like every part.
“So we’re all very proud of the report – I’m in awe of it. I feel it’s the most effective report that we’ve executed. I’m stuffed with elation and satisfaction round it.
