MANILA, Philippines – State climate bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Providers Administration (PAGASA) has but to declare the onset of summer time however “hazard” warmth indexes are already being recorded.

PAGASA recorded 42 levels Celsius warmth index in Echague, Isabela on Sunday.

On Monday, PAGASA stations in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija forecast 45 levels; and Science Backyard, Quezon Metropolis and Clark Airport, Pampanga 46 levels.
