Hatebreed guitarist Wayne Lozinak has sadly been identified with a benign meningioma – or a non-cancerous mind tumor. Hatebreed has since moved stay bassist Matt Bachand over to guitar to fill in for Lozinak. Here is hoping every little thing goes effectively with Wayne and his emergency surgical procedure – we’re all pulling for you, dude.
“Ship Wayne Lozinak some love! On the evening of June 14th, whereas at Obtain Pageant, Wayne started experiencing gentle signs that raised considerations of a potential stroke. Out of an abundance of warning, he sought medical consideration the next day upon arriving in Lille, France. After present process a CT scan on the ER, docs found a mind tumor, resulting in his rapid admission for additional testing.
“Following an intensive 24-hour analysis, together with an MRI, it was decided that the tumor is a benign meningioma—a slow-growing mass that has probably been current for years. We’re immensely relieved that Wayne’s analysis is the absolute best consequence given the circumstances.
“Wayne can be returning to the U.S. to arrange for surgical procedure and give attention to relaxation and restoration. His energy and resilience stay unwavering, and he’s decided to return to Hatebreed as quickly as he’s in a position. We recognize all of the love and assist from followers, mates, and the music neighborhood throughout this time.
