ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, Philippines — Heavy rains poured over the city and most elements of the province on Sunday because of an intertropical convergence zone.
Joemar Suganob, Dumalinao’s municipal catastrophe danger discount and administration officer, reported that the flood within the city reached between two to 3 toes deep after a bridge close to the realm was blocked by particles washed by rampaging waters.

Fast clearing operation was performed which later induced the flood waters to subside. There have been no reported casualties and accidents, Suganob stated.
