CEBU CITY, Philippines — Joel Pacuribot placed on a grasp class of a efficiency within the Cebu Executives and Professionals Chess Affiliation (Cepca) Month-to-month Chess Event after ruling the August version on Sunday, August 31, at Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
